Abstract: Cold is one of the major abiotic stress that adversely affect plant growth and development. Phytohormones play an essential role in physiological changes and gene expression regulation during cold stress. In this review, the mechanism of phytohormones (i.e. salicylic acid, abscisic acid, ethylene, jasmonic acid, gibberellins acid and cytokinin) in the plant responses to cold was described. Some ambiguous problems in phytohormones research during plant response to cold were discussed, which will provide references for further studies on enhancing the cold resistance of plant by phytohormones regulation.

摘要: 寒冷是限制植物生长发育的非生物胁迫因子之一。冷胁迫应答过程中,植物内源激素在生理水平和基因表达调控中起重要作用。本文综述了水杨酸、脱落酸、乙烯、茉莉酸、赤霉素和细胞分裂素等激素在植物抵御冷胁迫过程中的作用机制,并对这些激素在植物冷胁迫应答研究中存在的问题进行了讨论,以期为今后通过激素调节提高植物的抗寒性研究提供参考。
