The results showed that with the increase of radiation dose, the contents of chlorophyll content and the content of soluble protein of the two plants both showed a decreasing trend; the content of proline and malondialdehyde (MDA) increased gradually; the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) increased first and then decreased, while the activity of peroxidase (POD) increased continuously. The activity of catalase(CAT) in Donglin Reixue showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, while in Pink Ling showed an upward trend. The changes of the physiological and biochemical indexes of the two plants showed that‘Pink Ling‘ is more resistant to radiation than ‘Donglin Ruixue’. This study provides a theoretical basis and technical reference for the research of floral radiation mutagenesis. %U https://www.hnxb.org.cn/EN/10.11869/j.issn.100-8551.2019.06.1059
